Members only Virtual Art Exhibition & Sale 

June 5- July 5th, 2021  This first ever online event features new works by over 40 participating PAPC Member-Artists capturing the essence of Summer in Chicago. Choose from more than 150 paintings of the places you love in and around Chicago including the Buckingham Fountain, Montrose Harbor, Downtown, the neighborhoods, the grit, and the grime, and all the natural beauty of this City we call home.

The PAPC Annual Exhibit is the year-ending event and offers members an opportunity to exhibit the paintings they have done with the group throughout the season. Held at the Palette and Chisel Academy of Fine Art, the opening reception invites collectors and patrons to purchase paintings and meet the artists, and offers members a chance to socialize with their peers. Held over a two-week period, the event has included other events to expand visibility of the artists, such as lectures and dedicated tours of the exhibit for art collectors and educational groups.

"Imagining Evanston"  New Works: on Exhibit April 3rd-24, 2021

This work serves as a historical account of the Howard Corridor into Southeast Evanston. This successful show defined his approach to  “re-imagine” the urban landscape forcing an aggressive 2-point perspective, choosing a “retro” inspired palette to block in the shapes and employing turn-of the century glazing techniques to draw out the sense of warmth and shadow.

Artist in Residence Summer 2021

As part of its 2021 Summer Fund Raising efforts, the Westfork Sportsman’s Club announces an Artist in Residence Partnership with Evanston, Illinois artist and Elliott Donnelley Trout Unlimited member Mark B. Cleveland to support its stream remediation efforts. Prints of Pen and Ink illustrations and original Oil Paintings of favorite stream locations and area landscapes will be available for purchase through the summer.



Elliot Donnelley Trout Unlimited -"Giving back" to the artist's love of rivers and the environment, his Pen & Ink illustrations were the hot item auctioned at the 2019 and in 2020 "EDTU on line Annual Fundraiser to generate funds for stream remediation

Trickster Gallery was stablished on March 5th, 2005 to create a unique contemporary view of Native arts, cultural education, and awareness. Multiple exhibitions at this Native American Owned and Operated Gallery feature paintings, glass and illustrations portraying Northern and Western Wilderness landscapes, portraits and nature.

Plein 'Eire' is a travel log exhibition capturing scenes across the western coast of Ireland sponsored by the Celtic Knot, an authentic, locally owned Irish pub and restaurant in downtown Evanston. 3 paintings from the show are featured in their front window with more in the fine art work tab here . * A portion of the sale will be donated to the Celtic Knot Staff Covid Go-Fund Me as noted.
